Our syrup is made with 100% American-grown, cold-pressed elderberries sourced from our family farm and network of growers, along with USDA organic, American-grown, cold-pressed aronia berries. The blend is sweetened with raw honey rather than refined or processed sugar and infused with organic Ceylon cinnamon, organic ginger, organic cloves, and elderflower.

Elderberry and aronia are naturally rich in plant compounds, including naturally occurring polyphenols and anthocyanins. Our cold-pressed process helps us preserve the distinctive color, flavor, and character of these berries.

Ingredients: Cold-Pressed Elderberry, Cold-Pressed Aronia, Raw Honey, Organic Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic Ginger, Elderflower, Organic Cloves, and less than 1% by volume Citric Acid from Cassava Root.
